2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and cannot be modified once production has started.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency where available) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated on the Site.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Bali, Indonesia. Shipping times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. In summary, returns are accepted within 14 days under specific conditions. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
